Welcome to Episode 7 Magnificent YOU: Embracing Imperfections & Celebrating the Body Temple A Meditation to Love, Bless & Honor Your Body along with the Mindful BLESSism for Trust. In this session, we’re looking at ways to love, bless and honor your body, imperfections and all. It can be challenging learning to love yourself, flaws and all. As a matter of fact, it is in these times that we need to love ourselves even more. Acknowledging and loving those parts of ourselves that are sick or unwell is life-changing.
This session is all about loving and accepting yourself as imperfect, unfinished, and impermanent, even in the face of sickness and disease. Well also be working with the Blessism for Trust in this session.
When we can learn to see the absolute beauty in the cracks and crevices, we can embrace who and what we truly are. Loving and accepting yourself in the moment also helps you bloom where you are planted, instead of continually waiting for the perfect life circumstances to occur in order to move forward. The truth is, you are absolutely perfect exactly as you are. It's time to celebrate that.
