The difference is that some people hold on to those hurtful experiences, finding it difficult to let go. Holding onto anger, resentment or frustration can definitely impede the healing process. While it’s natural and normal to get stuck at times in your life, at some point, you need to learn how to let things go. How good are you when it comes to letting things go?
