Welcome to Episode 4 Magnificent YOU: Rainbow Relaxation for Taking a Quantum Leap & Trusting the Process of Healing along with Mindful BLESSisms for Your Ultimate Health & Well-Being! In this session, we will be practicing a technique that will help you open up to the body's energy using the colors in the rainbow – a technique also known as chromotherapy or color therapy.

The fact is that every single cell in the human body needs light energy to grow and survive because color can affect the whole body. In this session, we will be going through all the colors of the rainbow.

The rainbow relaxation meditation is a wonderful method to help you open up the body’s energy.
